How do I find the products on the page?Consult or search for the products you want to buy using the search engine at the top right, where you can enter the name of the product or the brand you are looking for. When you find the product you want, click on its name or title to go to the information page and you will find the details about the product. If you are not sure of the item you are looking for, you can select the category of the product you want in the horizontal menu of the main page. Different sections will open that will allow you to perform more precise searches. The advanced search engine will allow you to choose by multiple search criteria. How can I add the products to my cart?If you have decided to buy a product at NICOLAS, click on the "Buy" button found on each product page. You can continue searching until your cart contains all the products you want. You can check your cart at any time in the "My cart" button at the top right of the page.

Do I have to buy a minimum number of bottles?At NICOLAS there is no minimum order, you can buy the number of bottles you want. The number of bottles you buy will only have an impact on shipping costs, depending on the total amount of your order.

What payment methods can I use?At NICOLAS we offer you totally secure payment systems. By Visa or Mastercard credit card, with the "Banco Sabadell" secure payment platform or through the Paypal platform.

I forgot my password!If you don't remember your password, click "Forgot your password?", enter your email address and you will quickly receive an email with a new password. You can change that new password in "My account".

How is my order shipped?At NICOLAS we take care of the packaging for our shipments. For this reason, our safe transport boxes are specially designed with a thick inner bottle rack that surrounds and protects the bottles to avoid any contact between them and breakage may occur.

When will my order arrive at its destination?In general terms, these are the shipping times: - Local deliveries (20km around Guadalmina): they will be delivered within 24 hours, except Sundays and holidays.- To capitals of the Autonomous Communities: they will be delivered within 48 hours, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.- The rest of the peninsula and the Balearic Islands: between 48-72 hours, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Consult shipping conditions for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.- For shipping outside of Spain, consult rates and delivery times in Transport.

Can I pick up my order at NICOLAS?Yes, you can pick it up at our store in Marbella, at the Guadalmina Shopping Center.Our customer service hours are from 11am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday.

What happens if I receive a broken bottle in my order?The shipping packaging is designed to prevent breakage and our partners are very aware of the fragility of the product, but some breakage is possible. At the time you receive your package, you must: 1. Check the conformity of the merchandise received at the time of delivery. 2. Point out any anomaly on the delivery note, stating your reservations and including your signature. 3. The transport providers do not allow the return of the merchandise if the client opens it in their presence, but you can check the box from the outside and if you detect that the box is damp or wet, do not accept the order. Our partner will notify us of the incident and we will automatically send a new shipment at no cost to you.

What happens if a bottle is not in good condition?At NICOLAS we do regular tastings of the batches that we serve, and we have a great product rotation, which allows us to detect any anomaly. In any case, it is possible that some bottles do not arrive in good conditions at their destination. In this case, we will replace it with another one at no cost. Consult Return conditions.

What should I do if the order is not complete or does not correspond to what I ordered?In case the bottles received do not correspond to your order, simply send an email to vinosnicolasmarbella@gmail.com< /a> indicating your data and those of your order and we will replace the order at no cost.

Is the payment system secure?We entrust the security of our payments to "Banco Sabadell" and "Paypal". All purchase transactions are carried out within a strict framework of confidentiality and encryption thanks to the SSL protocol. Thus, NICOLAS guarantees the confidentiality of the data provided by the client through encryption, avoiding its communication to third parties outside the legal relationship, in accordance with the provisions of Law 15/99 on the Protection of Personal Data.
